About Me
I know how easy it is to lose yourself when you spend so much time caring for others.
I spent over 20 years working as a healthcare professional in an acute care hospital. Through that work, I experienced firsthand the moral distress and compassion fatigue that can come with caring for others in high-stakes environments. Those experiences led me to pursue a degree in psychology, with the intention of supporting people in emotionally demanding roles— helping them care for themselves while continuing to do meaningful work.
My Approach
A grounded, body-based approach to meaningful change.
Beginning therapy can bring up a wide range of emotions, from apprehension and fear to hope and curiosity. Having had my own therapeutic journey, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to speak openly with a therapist, and how meaningful it is to take this first step.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to each individual. I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive and behavioural strategies, body-centred (somatic) approaches, and emotion-focused work. Together, we focus on understanding how past and present experiences shape emotional and physical well-being, and on developing tools that support healing, resilience, and lasting change.
